1. About these terms
These terms describe use of the ByteEco Inc website, including its information pages and available request forms. Separate written agreements govern any transportation, inspection or other service you arrange with us. These website terms do not replace those agreements or rights provided by applicable law.
2. Inquiries and service confirmation
Submitting a form or receiving a reference number confirms receipt of a request only. It does not confirm a rate, available capacity, pickup or delivery time, inspection appointment or employment offer. Scope, price, timing and any applicable cancellation terms must be agreed separately before service begins. ByteEco operates as a carrier; this website does not offer freight brokerage services.
3. Information you provide
Provide accurate contact and request details, and submit information only when you are authorized to do so. Tell our team about material changes to your request. Do not submit another person’s private documents without authority. General inquiry fields are not intended for Social Security numbers, payment credentials or confidential shipment documents.
4. Driver applications and CDL uploads
A driver application begins a review and does not guarantee a position or employment. When enabled, CDL uploads use a dedicated upload step with separate authorization for recruitment and insurance verification. Upload only the requested front and back images you are authorized to provide. Uploading a CDL does not itself authorize unrelated background checks or establish insurance eligibility.
5. Vehicle inspection requests
Inspection availability, location, vehicle eligibility, testing method and fees are confirmed before an appointment. Requesting or completing a test does not guarantee a passing result or regulatory compliance. Follow the applicable agency’s requirements and deadlines; website descriptions do not replace official requirements.
6. Appropriate website use
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent requests, upload malicious files, send spam, disrupt the service or attempt to access accounts, documents or systems without authorization. Access to staff functions requires an authorized account. We may restrict abusive activity to protect the website and its users.
7. Website content and external links
Website text, designs and brand assets belong to ByteEco or their respective owners. You may view and share links to public pages; do not misrepresent ownership or endorsement. External websites, including RigXy, have their own terms and privacy notices. Following a link does not transfer a ByteEco request or create a shared account.
8. Availability and updates
Website information and features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Confirm time-sensitive service details with our team. If a submission does not show a receipt, do not assume it was received. Test environments are identified as previews and are intended for synthetic information only.
9. Privacy and your rights
Our Privacy notice explains how website information and uploads are handled. A form’s privacy acknowledgment is not a marketing subscription or waiver of your rights. These terms do not exclude liability or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not change a separate signed service agreement.
10. Changes and questions
The date above identifies the latest revision of these website terms. Updated terms will be published on this page and do not retroactively amend a separately agreed service contract. For questions, use an available contact method on our contact page. If online requests are marked unavailable, that channel is not currently accepting messages.
